What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about social work and digital education:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Soziale Arbeit or a related field.
• Interest in the development of digital learning content and integration programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Curiosity about AI-supported learning tools and their real-world applications.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Bonus: Experience with e-learning platforms or digital media creation.

Your Contributions

You'll play an active role in:

• Developing and enhancing digital learning content for international talents.
• Creating interactive materials that support language learning, cultural orientation, and professional integration.
• Researching best practices in social work and integration measures.
• Supporting the development of AI-driven features to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure engaging and user-friendly content.
