Co-Founder & CEO
Business psychologist and entrepreneur focused on innovation through the use of AI and digitalization. With over 10 years of experience in international recruiting, she has successfully supported the migration and professional integration of more than a thousand young talents from over 35 countries.
As the daughter of a Filipina and a German, she personally understands the challenges of cultural differences — as well as their enrichment.
